Eligibility checklist

Before applying, confirm that you meet every requirement.

Applications that do not satisfy every criterion will not advance.

1. Professional experience

You have operated as a professional wedding service provider for at least two years.

2. Credentials and insurance

You hold all licenses, permits, and insurance required in your jurisdiction.

3. Client references

You can provide three verifiable client references from the past 24 months.

4. Written contracts

You use written contracts for all client engagements.

5. Professional standing

You have no unresolved client disputes or active service-related legal proceedings.

6. Code of conduct

You agree to the NWS Alliance Code of Professional Conduct and annual renewal review.
